Employment with our Wyoming Dude Ranch is an excellent opportunity to experience the grandeur of the Jackson Hole Valley as well as both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

Candidates should have a strong service oriented attitude. Our staff are expected to show 5-Star service to our guests and have an attention to detail and the desire to create special connections daily. Our most successful employees are self-motivated, confident, good at multi-tasking and great team players. Because staff are paramount to the overall experience and become ambassadors to the ranch, candidates should have an impeccable work ethic, adventurous spirit and positive mindset.Â
The 2025 summer season runs from June 9th - September 13th.

Each season we hire for a variety of roles on the ranch including:
- Culinary Staff - Cooks, Barista
- BOH - Kitchen Stewards & Dishwashers
- Housekeeping
- Wranglers
- Servers & Bartenders
- Front Desk/Concierges
- Guest Services
- Maintenance
- Kids Counselors
Staff are expected to arrive 2-3 weeks prior to the season for paid training and orientation. Similarly, Staff assist in closing the ranch for the winter post-season. Preference is given to staff who can work all season and have experience in hospitality or seasonal work.
If you apply for a guide position CPR & First Aid is a requirement.

Wrangler Applicants:
Wrangler applicants: You must have lifelong horse experience or prior experience leading walk, trot, lope rides elsewhere. To be considered for a wrangler position at LCR, you must submit a video introducing yourself, saddling and riding a horse (w/t/l). We also require photos of the tack you'll be riding during the season, CPR & First Aid certifications.
